Niger Stream, which involves several abseils, lots of sliding, jumps big and small (optional), zip-lines and a few other things besides.

Cross Creek is less about abseiling and more about jumps and slides.

No experience required. We teach you a lot and our guides are great at pitching trips at your level. A great all-round trip with high excitement and heaps of fun, in a unique and fabulous setting.
  • $410 per person (3 or more people). 
  • 9 am to 5 pm approx.
  • $410 per group extra guide for non swimmers

*Different Departure times can be arranged.

If the group size is only 2 people then a surcharge will of $50 per person applies.

Beginner trips are approximately 45mins to 1 hours drive time from Wanaka.  

The trip begins with a moderately steep walk 

Beginner canyons offer an excellent variety of activities. Abseils/rappels, jumps and slides (optional), some swimming in deep pools.  Our guides provide training instruction and one on one guiding.
